IWT-Moldrup has installed a modern new pole treating facility at Wheeler Lumber, Whitewood, S.D.
Wheeler, a pole and bridge timber treater that uses QNAP, doubled its capacity by adding a second cylinder next to its existing line.
IWT-Moldrup (Innovative Wood Technology) is a Danish owned company. Its plant equipment is sold and marketed in North America by American Wood Technology, Jefferson Ga.
"IWT-Moldrup is feeling very proud of this 130-year-old company having faith in buying our modern treatment plant," said Claus Staalner, president of AWT. "Wheeler is part of a new group of treating clients who have all taken the step into the modern pressure treatment technologies by choosing IWT-Moldrup as their treating plant supplier.
