A North Central Ohio construction company is opening its own building supply business.
Damon Barnett launched Pegasus Builders in 2020 to provide high-quality residential remodeling, commercial construction, and insurance restoration services.
He is now adding Pegasus Builders Supply, Willard, Oh., supplying contractors, builders, remodelers and homeowners with a range of building materials, from lumber, doors, windows, decking, siding and roofing to concrete, tile and plumbing.
The company has three buildings on its site on the corner of Maplewood and Laurel Streets, with a central area for parking. It is converting the largest building for inside building material storage and paving an area at its side and installing cantilever racking for outdoor product storage. The smaller buildings will be used, one, for the main office with a retail area for smaller items like caulks and sealants, and the other to house the growing sales team. Pegasus Builders Supply is also getting ready to launch its website, featuring product offerings, store updates, and more.
Barnett heard that years ago the site used to house a lumberyard and a hardware store, and has put a call out to the community for more information on its history.
