A local contractor is bringing Ace Hardware back to Pullman, Wa., at the original site of Pullman Building Supply on North Grand Avenue.
Jason Dike has bought the former Lumberyard food truck hall on North Grand Avenue to open an Ace. Dike has owned and operated the home construction and remodel company Revival Home Performance in Pullman for 15 years. The location will be called Pullman’s Ace Hardware and will include Benjamin Moore Paints. Dike also plans to offer some building supplies.
Pullman Building Supply operated a lumberyard on the property until it located to the south side of town in 2015. That location closed in 2024.
Its former location then operated as the Lumberyard food truck hall until closing. It was purchased by Jason Dike, who has operated home construction and remodeling company Revival Home Performance for 15 years.
He expects Pullman’s Ace Hardware to open in early October and employ about a dozen workers.
The last Ace Hardware to operate in Pullman closed in 2018.
