AZEK has committed approximately $140 million to design, build and equip the 350,000-sq. ft. facility with advanced technology and equipment. Currently being utilized to manufacture the Company’s premium composite decking, TimberTech, it currently employs 70, with the workforce expected to grow to about 150 over the next two years.

The plant also features a dedicated 3,200-sq. ft. state-of-the-art training center, which will be used for AZEK University product knowledge sessions and hands-on workshops for AZEK’s distributor, dealer, architect and contractor partners.

The site also has room to expand, perhaps one day to include its own recycling operations.

“The opening of this facility is an exciting milestone for The AZEK Co., enabling us to both support our customers and further expand our market penetration in the region,” said CEO Jesse Singh.
