Orgain Building Supply, Clarksville, Tn., hosted a grand opening of its newly renovated showroom on May 22, welcoming contractors, remodelers, homeowners and community members to experience its redesigned whole-home selection center.
The event included guided tours of the updated showroom, vendor demonstrations, food and refreshments, and opportunities for attendees to explore the new space firsthand. Guests were among the first to experience a fully reimagined showroom designed to bring every stage of a home project into one centralized, interactive environment.
The renovation marks a significant transformation for Orgain Building Supply, shifting the showroom from a traditional display space into a comprehensive whole-home design center. The updated layout allows customers to explore flooring, roofing, windows and doors, millwork and trim, cabinetry, countertops, paint and additional building materials all in one location.
General manager Chuck Mailloux said the redesigned showroom was built to change how customers approach the selection process.
“The biggest difference is the experience,” Mailloux said. “Customers can now walk through and see how everything connects across a full project. They can touch the materials, compare options side by side, and make decisions with their contractor in a much more complete and confident way. It streamlines a process that was previously spread across multiple steps and locations.”
The showroom renovation was completed over approximately six months and represents the next phase in Orgain Building Supply’s broader strategy to enhance the customer experience and strengthen support for professional contractors, remodelers and heavy DIY customers.
In addition to expanding its product offerings, Orgain has focused on creating a more collaborative environment where contractors can bring customers into a single space to make selections together. The goal is to reduce miscommunication, streamline ordering, and improve project outcomes from concept to completion.
“What we’ve created here is really built around helping people visualize the full project,” Mailloux said. “Instead of sending customers to multiple locations or working off separate samples, everything is now in one place.
