Both stores are affiliated with True Value/Do-it-Best and Emery Jensen, and have been in existence for well over 80 years. The businesses are listed with Synergy Business Brokers.
Owner/president Richard Mallory bought the Williamson store in 2002 and Wolcott in 2008. He has been in the industry for over 40 years.
