Forge & Build has begun construction on a new 7.5-acre lumberyard in Boerne, Tx.
Located at 58 Shooting Club Road, the project will feature a 14,800-sq. ft. facility, including a 4,800-sq. ft. showroom and office, a 10,000-sq. ft. warehouse, and outdoor lumber storage.
Forge & Build calls itself a one-stop shop for contractors and DIYers, offering lumber, hardware, and building materials from 30 locations in Iowa, Alabama, Missouri, Michigan, Wisconsin, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Tennessee. The company is part of EquipmentShare and currently operates from a temporary office along I-10, but the new location will serve as its permanent Boerne showroom and lumberyard.
The $2.5 million project is anticipated to be completed in early 2027.
