Eastern Engineered Wood Products, a prominent wholesale distributor of structural wood products used in residential and light-commercial construction, announces the grand opening of its new distribution center in Belton, S.C.

The new location will service lumber dealers and component manufacturers in North and South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee, and will expand the company’s footprint from the Southeastern U.S. north through the Mid-Atlantic to New England.

Like the model for its distribution centers in Bethlehem, Pa., and Keysville, Va., the new location will be dedicated exclusively to the sale of engineered wood products (EWP). Eastern’s commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience ensures the accurate, on-time delivery of pieces, job packs, or truckloads of its structural wood products in one to two days, along with the technical support needed to make their projects run smoothly.

“We’ve learned that our high-service model is well suited for dealers in this market,” states Todd Lindsey, president of Eastern Engineered Wood Products. “We are excited about the opportunity to introduce our unique value proposition in this new territory and to simplify what customers often consider one of their most complex product offerings.”

Incorporated in Pennsylvania in 1998, Eastern Engineered Wood Products distributes structural floor and roof systems to the professional contractor trade through a network of retail lumberyards and truss manufacturers.
