Contract Lumber, Pataskala, Oh., has acquired lumber distributor HT Building Products, with operations in Houston and Dallas, Tx.
According to Contract, "With the addition of HT Building Products, Contract Lumber further strengthens its position as one of the largest lumber suppliers in the region, expanding our ability to serve customers with greater scale, resources, and reach than ever before."
Contract already operated seven locations in Texas, in addition to 23 others in Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, the Carolinas, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida and Alabama.
