Warren Brothers has moved into a significantly expanded manufacturing and distribution center in Lebanon, TN.

Warren Brothers Sash & Door has moved into a significantly expanded manufacturing and distribution center in Lebanon, Tn., to serve the growing needs of the region.

The new 142,000-sq. ft. facility boasts 40% more space compared to the previous Nashville location. This expansion, coupled with significant investments in equipment upgrades, positions Warren Brothers for continued success. Key improvements include:

• Increased Production Capacity: New equipment enhances the production and assembly of custom residential and commercial doors, allowing Warren Brothers to meet customer demand more efficiently.

• Energy Efficiency: Upgrades to energy-efficient lighting reduce the facility’s carbon footprint while improving employee safety and productivity.

• Optimized Inventory Management: Installation of specialized warehouse racking streamlines inventory management and operational efficiency.

Warren Brothers’ existing team of 110 employees are equipped to leverage these new features and provide exceptional service to new and existing customers. “This new Lebanon facility signifies much more than just a relocation,” said Greg Gatlin, general manager of Warren Brothers. “It underscores our commitment to an enhanced customer experience. Nashville-based Warren Brothers Sash & Door is a premium supplier of distinctive doors, windows, mouldings, and stair systems serving customers in Middle Tennessee, Northern Alabama, and Western Kentucky. The company also custom manufactures architectural millwork for new construction and historic restoration. 

Warren Brothers is division of Rugby Architectural Building Products. From its headquarters in Concord, N.H., Rugby operates 31 regional customer service centers. The company distributes an extensive assortment of high-value decorative materials, doors and windows, cabinets, hardware, millwork and mouldings, and adhesives.
