The Cool Hardware Co. is adding two new Ace Hardware store—opening in Rockville, Md., late this year and in Washington, D.C.’s Union Market neighborhood late next year.
Rockville Ace Hardware will feature 11,000 sq. ft., located in Wintergreen Plaza in Rockville, Md., just one mile from the Rockville Metro station.
Union Market Ace Hardware will open within Washington, D.C.'s Central Armature Works development, occupying two levels and totaling over 9,150 sq. ft.
Founded in 2003, Cool Hardware Co. currently operates 13 employee-owned Ace Hardware stores throughout the D.C., Baltimore, and northern Virginia metro areas.
