FastenMaster expanded its Cortex Hidden Fastening System to support Trex’s new PVC decking collection, Trex Refuge, in both new colors—Point Reyes and Martis Valley. With perfect match plugs made directly from the decking boards, no pre-drilling required, and full Cortex system compatibility, pros can install Trex Refuge with the speed, confidence and finished look they expect from FastenMaster.
Cortex for Trex Refuge will be available in 100-lineal ft. and 400-sq. ft. kits with screws, plugs and setting tools. Additionally, collated plug packs are sold separately in 300 and 80 counts, for use with stainless steel screws, drillers for metal framing, and PAMFast collated auto-feed screws.
