Wholesaler Taiga Building Products, Burnaby, B.C., has agreed to purchase Exterior Wood, Inc., Washougal, Wa., for $42 million.
Founded in 1977, Exterior Wood operates a wood treating plant and distribution center.
They will join Taiga’s 15 distribution centers and three wood treatment facilities in Canada, two DCs in Northern California, and six reloads in the Eastern U.S.
