SRS Distribution Inc. has acquired Rising Star Wholesale, a wholesale distributor of siding, windows, doors, and other complementary products based in Des Moines, Ia. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Founded in 2001, Rising Star is owned and operated by Bob Myers. The company employs a team of 17 people. Corey Myers, Bob’s son, and Amber Twohig, a longtime employee of Rising Star, will lead the business going forward.
