Having outgrown its current facility and off-site storage, Builder’s Choice Lumber Co., Auburn, N.Y., will relocate to a large new lumberyard it will build about two miles northeast.
The company received planning board approval to build a 3,500-sq. ft. office and showroom along with three open-air lumber storage sheds.
The company purchased the longtime vacant lot at 30 Cottage St. in 2024 for $295,000.
