The National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association elected its new leadership team during the NLBMDA Board of Directors meeting held on Oct. 7 and elected Frank Addiego as its Chair.
Addiego is the President of All Bay Mill & Lumber Co., a respected building material supplier serving Northern California. He began his career with the company in 2000 in inside sales, gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and the values that defined the family business. In 2013, following the unexpected passing of his father and company founder, Guido Addiego, Frank assumed the role of President. Since then, he has carried forward his father’s vision, leading the company with a focus on integrity, service, and enduring relationships within the building materials community.
From 2015 to 2023, Addiego served on the Board of Directors of the West Coast Lumber & Building Material Association (WCLBMA), including as President from 2020 to 2022. Working alongside a dedicated volunteer board, Addiego helped guide the association through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, steering it away from financial collapse and restoring its position to one of long-term stability and fiscal health.
Addiego earned his Bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga in 1998. He lives in Northern California with his wife, Tiffanie, and their three children, Lucia, Thomas, and Declan.
“[NLBMDA is] unified group of...dealers,” Addiego said in a video at the 2025 ProDealer Industry Summit. “I mean, the politics are going to be what they are. And it's absolutely nuts right now. Because of that craziness, because the [federal government] needs to figure out its identity, that's why it's really important for more and more dealers to be a part of the national side.”

Mark's leadership helped the association attain success through an ever-changing political landscape.”
