Miner’s Ace Hardware is opening a new store in Paso Robles, Ca., by the end of April, with a grand opening celebration to be held in early May.
Set in a former Rite Aid building, it will be its eighth location in San Luis Obispo County, joining stores in Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Grover Beach, Los Osos, Morro Bay, Nipomo and San Luis Obispo.
The chain is well known for its extensive garden centers, although the new store will feature only a small selection of L&G items at the front of the store, with plans to expand the size of the nursery over time.
Other services will include paint color matching, key cutting, screen repair, and free popcorn. .
The chain, which is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year.
