L&W Supply Corp., Chicago, Il., has agreed to acquire NexGen Building Supply, distributor of drywall, ceiling systems, steel stud, and other building materials, with 15 locations in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Ohio.

The deal is expected to close in the second quarter.
Part of ABC Supply, L&W currently operates 141 branches in 35 states.
