Builders FirstSource has acquired the assets of Premium Building Components. The facilities in Ballston Spa and Queensbury, N.Y., are the first truss and wall panel operations in the state of New York for BFS.
“The Premium Building Components team shares our values, including our commitment to excellence,” said Builders FirstSource president and CEO Peter Jackson. “Their capabilities will complement our operations and support the execution of our strategic priorities.”
Premium Building Components leadership will report to area manager Ernie Peters.
