Builders FirstSource has acquired component manufacturer and installer Innovative Construction Group (ICG), Jacksonville, Fl., from PulteGroup, Inc.
Founded in 2009 by Ryan Melin and Andy Melin, ICG is a leading off-site solutions provider focused on single and multi-family wood framed construction. With plants in Green Cove Springs, Fl., and Florence, S.C., ICG also installs every component they manufacture with highly trained crews committed to safety and quality.
“The addition of ICG to BFS strengthens our presence in the Southeast with turnkey framing solutions including structural design, trusses, wall panels, floor systems, delivery, installation, and field supervision,” noted Peter Jackson, president and CEO, Builders FirstSource.
