After a fire damaged its 45-year-old El Paso, Tx., location, 84 Lumber plans to not just rebuild the facility, but to expand it.

The blaze reportedly started with a semitruck in the early hours of March 7 and spread to the adjacent structure. 

Despite the fire damage, the yard continued to operate.

No injuries were reported.

Rebuilding efforts quickly began to restore damaged areas and expand the facility’s footprint and capabilities.

Founded in 1956 and based in Eighty Four, Pa., 84 Lumber Co. operates 320 facilities in 34 states, including stores, manufacturing plants, custom door shops and engineered wood product centers.
