A local builder is reviving long-defunct Warrenton Builders Supply, Warrenton, Or., as a hardware store, rental shop, and construction office.
After outgrowing its current office, Culp & Sons Builders decided to lease the one-time Ace Hardware from the family of the former owner, Dick Walter, who passed away in 2009. The builder also is buying the building and lumber warehouse across the street, with plans to open this spring.
This weekend, Ace Hardware of Ostego, MN., is holding a grand opening event.
