BEACON EXPANDS IN THE WEST

Beacon adds branches in Washington State and Texas

Beacon, the only publicly-traded specialty roofing distributor, has opened new locations in Everett and Spokane, Wa., to support specialty waterproofing contractors, as well as a new branch in Terrell, Tx., to further service residential and commercial roofers.

The new branch in Terrell serves the eastern Dallas-Fort Worth market. “We now have nine locations in the metroplex to help contractors who want a convenient branch to pick up materials. For contractors who require job-site delivery, the Beacon OTC network links our branches’ inventory and fleet allowing us to deliver on-time and minimize fuel and emissions. Whether for pick up or delivery, contractors benefit from the Beacon PRO+ app to run their businesses more efficiently,” explained Peter Lippert, regional vice president, Texas.

The new branches in Washington offer a full catalog of waterproofing, glass and glazing products in demand by specialty contractors. “The teams at these locations have the technical know-how to assist customers with solutions for constructing and maintaining resiliency resulting in sustainable buildings,” commented Steve Artz, regional vice president, Waterproofing West.

Beacon has opened 10 new locations and completed four acquisitions that added 23 branches year-to-date in 2024. Expanding our customer service with additional locations is an important element of our Ambition 2025 plan. We continue to deliver on our commitments to drive above-market growth to better serve customers.
