ABC Supply Co., Beloit, Wi., has agreed to acquire Bradco Supply Corp., Avenel, N.J., creating a national distributor of exterior building materials with nearly 500 locations and over $4 billion in annual sales.

ABC currently operates more than 350 branches in 45 states plus the District of Columbia. Founded in 1966, Bradco has 129 locaitons in 30 states.

The deal is expected to close by the end of June.
