Oldcastle Materials, Atlanta, Ga., has purchased 12 ready mixed concrete locations, two block plants, and one aggregate distribution terminal from Schwab Industries' bankruptcy proceedings.

Acquired were Twin Cities Concrete, Quality Block & Supply, Medina Supply Co., Schwab Ready-Mix, and Eastern Cement Corp. facilities in northeast Ohio and southwest Florida.
